DS423 is an entry-level 4-bay desktop NAS built to help you consolidate, organise and secure your data. Four 3.5"/2.5" SATA drive bays support both HDDs and SSDs, run by a Realtek RTD1619B quad-core CPU and 2GB of DDR4 RAM. Two Gigabit Ethernet ports handle networking, and 2 x USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 ports cover local connectivity. RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, JBOD, Basic and Hybrid are all supported. Running Synology DiskStation Manager (DSM), the DS423 syncs and gives access to files across multiple devices, works as a digital photo hub for work or leisure, and runs intelligent video surveillance tools to secure your premises.
