The Lumix G X Vario 35-100mm f/2.8 II POWER O.I.S. is a constant-aperture telephoto zoom for Micro Four Thirds, covering a 70-200mm full-frame equivalent range at a constant f/2.8 maximum aperture (aperture range f/2.8 to f/22) for consistent exposure and depth-of-field control through the zoom. The optical design includes two Extra-Low Dispersion elements and one Ultra Extra-Low Dispersion element, finished with Nano Surface Coating to reduce flare and ghosting. A linear autofocus motor drives focus, and POWER O.I.S. stabilises handheld shots across the telephoto range. Splash-, dust- and freezeproof construction and a rounded 7-blade diaphragm complete the build on the Micro Four Thirds mount, suited to events, sport and portrait-to-telephoto work where a constant aperture through the zoom matters.
