The Videohub Master Control Pro from Blackmagic Design is a 21-button hardware control panel for a separate Videohub router, routing sources and destinations over a network, housed in a 1RU frame suited to a large broadcast system or a portable rack for a live production. Push buttons on the front are configured for source and destination selection, alongside a scroll wheel and configuration buttons, with an LCD information screen for feedback. The panel can be configured as either a Videohub controller or a SMPTE ST 2110 NMOS controller, with current NMOS IS-04 and IS-05 support. RS-422 input and output are built in, reserved for future implementation, and Ethernet with PoE gives remote control over the network without a separate power run to the panel. The buttons are programmed over USB using the included Mac and Windows software.
