The openGear 8-Channel 3G-SDI Analog Audio Embedder/Disembedder adds DashBoard-controlled analogue audio handling to a 3G-SDI signal path. It accepts 3G-SDI input and output up to 1080p60, automatically detecting and configuring to the incoming video standard, and provides eight 3-pin terminal block connectors that can each be set to audio input or output duty. Analogue audio levels and the embed/disembed function are selectable on a channel-pair basis, so the card can either pass the 3G-SDI signal's existing embedded audio through or embed analogue audio brought in on the terminal blocks. Built for AJA's high-density openGear 2RU frames, it's controlled through DashBoard software on Windows, macOS or Linux.
