The openGear 12G-SDI/Dante 64-Channel Embedder/Disembedder is a hot-swappable openGear card that bridges an SDI video signal's embedded audio with a Dante audio network.

Audio moves both ways

It embeds up to 32 channels of audio onto the SDI output and disembeds up to 32 channels from SDI onto the Dante network, for up to 64 channels of simultaneous audio input and output across the two directions.

Dual 12G-SDI signal path

Dual 12G-SDI input and output carry the video, with each 12G-SDI input supporting up to 16 channels of audio; the card supports up to 4K video and carries two internal signal generators.

Redundant network ports

Primary and secondary Gigabit Ethernet ports provide redundancy for the Dante network link, reducing the risk of a link failure interrupting the connection.

Remote control, hot-swappable

Ethernet control via DashBoard covers setup and monitoring, and the card is hot-swappable, fitting AJA's OG-X-FR and OG-3-FR openGear frames.
