The Fujinon ZK85-300mm T2.9-4.0 Cabrio Lens is a lightweight PL-mount zoom lens for 35mm cameras, covering the telephoto end of Fujinon's Cabrio range alongside the ZK25-300mm and ZK14-35mm. Cine gearing when the drive comes off

With the drive unit removed, the lens reverts to standard 0.8mm cine gearing for use with traditional third-party cine accessories, sold separately — letting a crew choose ENG-style servo control for run-and-gun work or manual cine control for a more deliberate set-up. The lens combines hybrid technology from Fujifilm's broadcast and cine lens ranges in a lightweight, compact body, easing the physical load on a gimbal or handheld rig.

Lens data and focus precision

16-bit high-resolution encoders are employed on the drive, and electrical contacts in the mount carry LDS and /i Technology lens data to the camera for on-set and post-production metadata workflows. A back-focus adjustment with a macro focus function is built into the lens.

Natural bokeh and field-ready markings

A newly developed round nine-blade iris produces natural-looking bokeh, the focus barrel turns through 200 degrees for fine adjustment, and the barrel markings are luminous, staying legible for a focus puller working in a dark studio or on a night exterior.
