The Video Assist 3G-SDI/HDMI 7" Recorder/Monitor adds professional monitoring and recording to a camera's 3G-SDI or HDMI output, on a bright 7", 1920 x 1200 display running at 300 cd/m2. Video records and monitors up to 1080p60 at 10-bit 4:2:2, with audio carried on two balanced mini-XLR inputs with 48V phantom power, up to 16 channels of embedded 24-bit 48 kHz sound. Recording is to two SDXC/SDHC memory cards, and a 2.5mm LANC port lets record start and stop be triggered remotely. A USB Type-C port doubles as a webcam video output, useful for conferencing or streaming setups. On-screen focus peaking, false colour and zebra exposure tools sit alongside waveform, vectorscope and histogram displays, with 11 display-language options and dual Sony L-series battery slots for power.
