More than a basic format converter, the Teranex Mini SDI to HDMI 8K Converter doubles as an advanced 8K monitoring solution: four 12G-SDI inputs support independent 4K signals or gang together for a single 8K input, in native DCI 8K or 8K split across four UHD streams. A built-in LCD screen shows the video image plus up to two on-screen scopes, selectable between waveform, parade, vector and histogram displays, and third-party calibration probes — the SpectraCal C6, X-Rite i1 Display Pro or Klein K10-A — can align connected displays for colour accuracy. The 8K output is available across four SDI outputs or four HDMI outputs, for monitors that accept quad HDMI inputs.
