Where the Analog to SDI converter upconverts, the Teranex Mini SDI to Analog 12G Converter runs the opposite direction — down-converting a 12G-SDI Full 4K DCI 4096x2160p signal to analog so it can feed component video equipment in HD or SD. The SDI signal's audio comes out via full-size XLR outputs, switchable between balanced analog and AES/EBU digital. A 12G-SDI input and loop-out carry the signal onward, and intelligent thermal heat dissipation keeps the compact enclosure cool enough for portable racks at live events or in broadcast trucks. Setup runs over the built-in Ethernet port for remote control or PoE, with an optional LCD Smart Front Panel available.
