The HyperDeck Studio HD Plus is a compact, broadcast-quality record and playback deck for location work, the studio, or a permanent rack build, standing 1 RU tall and half a rack wide. It runs from 100 to 240 VAC, or from an optional 12 VDC supply for portable use. Recording reaches up to 4K DCI at 30fps, with playback up to 3840 x 2160 at 30fps, in ProRes, DNxHD or H.264, with H.264 recording in 10-bit 4:2:2 over SDI. One 6G-SDI input and one HDMI 2.0 input feed two 6G-SDI outputs and one HDMI 2.0 output, alongside a loop-through output, a 3G-SDI monitor output, and reference and timecode input and output. Two SD card slots give near-unlimited record time, and the USB Type-C output port also supports recording to USB disks, with 1G Ethernet and RS-422 for network and deck control.
