The HyperDeck Studio HD Mini is built to slot one recorder onto each camera for an ISO recording with perfect sync, alongside general broadcast-quality record and playback duty on location, in the studio, or in a permanent rack build. It stands 1 RU tall and a third of a rack wide, running from 100 to 240 VAC or from an optional 12 VDC supply for portable use. One 3G-SDI input feeds one HDMI output and one 3G-SDI output, plus a USB Type-C webcam output, letting the deck input, record and output or stream at the same time. Reference and timecode input and output fit it into a broadcast environment. Two SD card slots give near-unlimited recording time, with the USB Type-C output port also supporting recording to USB disks, alongside 1G Ethernet and RS-422 control. Recording covers ProRes, DNxHD and H.264, with H.264 recording in 10-bit 4:2:2 over SDI.
