The HyperDeck Extreme 4K HDR adds a playback and recording deck to a broadcast studio, live production or digital signage setup, supporting video up to UHD 4K. It can save H.265 files alongside Apple ProRes, and combines 3D LUTs and HDR support for video playback, with an M.2 PCIe NVMe card slot for optional cache or internal recording. A 7-inch capacitive touchscreen LCD gives a clean view of controls, scopes and monitoring tools, adjustable with a swipe or a button press, backed by physical deck controls for direct button access. 12G-SDI and HDMI inputs and outputs sit alongside legacy analogue connections, and two CFast media slots handle onboard recording, with a USB Type-C output available for recording to an optional external disk. 10G Ethernet and a PCIe cache card slot round out the connection options, alongside support for multichannel SDI and analogue audio.
