Fitting in place of the original daughter card on the DeckLink 4K Extreme 12G, this mezzanine card adds four BNC connectors — two inputs and two outputs — that support 3G-SDI signals. Working alongside the four 12G-SDI connectors on the main board, it lets the card input and output a Quad 3G-SDI signal, which the main board can't do on its own.
