This mezzanine card replaces the original daughter card on the DeckLink 4K Extreme 12G, upgrading its HDMI ports from HDMI 1.4b to HDMI 2.0 and adding two bi-directional optical fibre ports. It provides one HDMI 2.0 input and one HDMI 2.0 output, requires the 10.4.3 driver, and only works when connected to the DeckLink 4K Extreme 12G main board.
