The Shogun Ultra 7 is an Atomos Shogun onboard monitor-recorder, built around a 7" 1920x1200 touchscreen (1920x1080 image display) at 2000 cd/m2 brightness and running AtomOS 11. It records up to 8K Apple ProRes RAW, with dual ProRes RAW + H.265 recording for Camera to Cloud workflows, plus 4K H.265 capture for instant publishing from the cloud and automated file-name matching with popular cine-style cameras. Video I/O supports 12G-SDI/HDMI conversion, with SDI camera support for ARRI, Canon, RED and Sony, and Avid DNx QuickTime recording. AirGlu RF wireless sync, GigE and Wi-Fi 6E give it built-in network connectivity for mirrorless, DSLR and cine-style capture. Atomos RemoteView is available via subscription, and an optional NDI 4K TX Pro mode can be added.
