The OG-FiDO-2T converts two independent 3G-SDI video signals and extends each over its own matched LC single-mode fibre output, using two 3G-SDI BNC inputs and two LC optical fibre outputs on a single openGear-style, dual-slot card. It supports format-agnostic video from 150 Mb/s to 3 Gb/s, with automatic signal detection, re-clocking, pass-through and input/SMPTE-lock LEDs, on a nominal 1310 nm wavelength. Hot-swap capable and compatible with 2RU openGear frames — including AJA's OG-X-FR, OG-3-FR and DFR-8321 — it's monitored and controlled through openGear DashBoard software on Windows, macOS or Linux. It gives two channels of 3G-SDI-to-fibre conversion from a single card, for facilities standardising on single-mode fibre distribution.
