The OG-FiDO-T is an openGear-compatible 1-channel 3G-SDI to single-mode LC fibre transmitter, extending 3G-SDI signals up to 6.2 miles over standard single-mode fibre optic cable. The 3G-SDI input is reclocked with best-in-class input jitter tolerance, and a reclocked, looping 3G-SDI output is provided alongside the fibre output for daisy-chaining or local monitoring. Format-agnostic across 150 Mb/s to 3 Gb/s, it's designed for AJA's high-density openGear 2RU frames, including the OG-X-FR, with DashBoard software support on Windows, macOS and Linux giving remote control and monitoring of the card over a PC or local network. It suits facilities extending a 3G-SDI signal run over single-mode fibre from within an openGear frame.
