This adapter fits LPL-mount lenses, including the Signature LPL Primes, to Sony full-frame Alpha-series cameras, adapting the camera's native E-mount to accept cine-style LPL glass. It is not compatible with Sony cameras that use a positive-locking E-mount, such as the FX9 and FS7 II. An integrated 1/4"-20 support foot acts as stress relief, carrying the weight of the lens onto a tripod or Wooden Camera baseplate rather than through the lens mount itself. Seven colour-coded, stackable shims are included for adjusting flange focal distance if the camera is out of calibration — loosen the six socket cap screws around the collar, separate the two sections, and fit shims of the appropriate thickness. An LPL lens port cap is included to help keep the camera's sensor dust-free whenever no lens is attached.
