The MDR-7506 is a closed-back circumaural headphone widely used in recording, film and live-sound work, valued for cutting external noise while giving plenty of volume from camcorders, MIDI workstations and other lower-powered headphone outputs. Its 40mm neodymium drivers deliver deep bass, low distortion and a wide dynamic range. The design folds flat for transport, uses a single-sided coiled cable, and terminates in a gold-plated Unimatch plug offering both 1/8-inch mini-jack and 1/4-inch TRS connections.
