The SmallHD Sony BURANO/FX6/VENICE Camera Control Kit (Cine 5) adds control of four Sony cinema cameras to a Cine 5: the BURANO, FX6, VENICE and VENICE 2. A software licence on a download card enables it.

Settings you can change from the Cine 5 include record start and stop, ND filter, frame rate, shutter speed, ISO and colour temperature or white balance, plus partial LUT configuration and clip playback. Read-only information from the camera covers timecode, media status, frame rate, resolution, battery information and recording format.

The kit contains the Camera Control for Sony licence, a 36-inch slim Ethernet cable and a 5-pin to Ethernet adapter. An FX6 also needs a USB-C to Ethernet adapter at the camera, which isn't in this kit. Once Camera Control is registered to a SmallHD monitor, it can't be removed or transferred.
