The Pro Capture DVI 4K takes its signal over a single DVI-D input, in single- or dual-link form, on a low-profile PCIe x4 card. It captures DCI 4K and UHD video up to 4096×2160, and where the source is HDMI 1.4 rather than DVI-D, an optional (not included) DVI-D-to-HDMI adapter lets the same input take that signal instead. Video processing covers 10-bit and 8-bit paths across multiple colour spaces, with cropping, scaling, de-interlacing, frame-rate conversion and aspect-ratio conversion all handled on the card. That makes it a single-slot option for capturing uncompressed 4K video from a camera or switcher's DVI-D or HDMI output, for recording, editing, or streaming — running under Windows, macOS and Linux, and exposing DirectShow, DirectKS and V4L2 interfaces to capture applications.
