The N30 is a bidirectional 12G-SDI/full-NDI converter: it encodes a 12G-SDI input to full NDI, or decodes an NDI stream back out to 12G-SDI, with a 12G-SDI loop-through for local monitoring on either path. Aimed at professional broadcast-grade IP production, it adds the functions a live production needs alongside the core conversion -- PoE or 5 to 18VDC power, a built-in tally light, PTZ camera control, and multi-channel audio including a 3.5mm line in/out. A USB keypad control port rounds out on-device control. It's a practical way to bring 12G-SDI sources and destinations onto an NDI network without separate encoder and decoder units.
