The UltraStudio Mini Recorder 12G captures from 12G-SDI and HDMI to a Thunderbolt laptop or desktop computer. It works in every SD, HD and Ultra HD standard up to 2160p60, with broadcast quality 10-bit precision on both inputs.

Thunderbolt 4 carries video and power down a single cable, so there is no separate power supply to take to site. The bandwidth is enough for high resolutions, deeper bit depths and advanced frame buffer formats such as 4:2:2:4 and 4:4:4:4.

It uses the DeckLink API, so it works with virtually any video software. That covers live streaming with Open Broadcaster, AI image processing, archiving from older broadcast decks, and capture straight into DaVinci Resolve or the included Media Express software.
