The URSA Mini Recorder attaches directly to the URSA Mini Pro 12K camera, sandwiching between the camera body and its battery to add a single-slot 2.5" SSD recording option. It draws power through the battery plate via a 12-pin Molex connector, so no separate cabling is needed to keep it running. The recorder supports resolutions up to 12-bit RAW 12K, and with a compatible 7mm U.2 NVMe Enterprise Disk fitted, it transfers data at rates up to 900 MB/s. Because it takes widely available, relatively inexpensive 2.5" SSD cards, it gives URSA Mini Pro 12K owners a cost-effective way to add capacity without committing to a single proprietary media format -- useful whether recording short-form raw takes solo or feeding a longer multi-camera raw workflow.
