The Pocket Cinema Camera 6K Pro (Canon EF) adds a set of pro-grade features to Blackmagic's compact Super35 cinema camera, keeping the same 6K sensor and recording engine as its predecessor, the Pocket Cinema Camera 6K, while adding a brighter screen, an EVF option, built-in ND filters and updated Gen 5 colour science.

Screen, EVF and control

A 5" tilting HDR capacitive touchscreen LCD runs at 1500 cd/m² brightness for visibility in bright conditions, with an optional Pro EVF, an accurate timecode clock and an NP-F570 L-series battery slot rounding out the control set.

Active EF mount and ND filters

The active Canon EF mount supports iris, autofocus and zoom electronically on compatible EF and EF-S lenses, backed by built-in clear/2/4/6-stop ND filters for fast exposure changes without swapping glass.

6K sensor and recording

The Super35 sensor records 6144 x 3456 6K video up to 50 fps, or up to 120 fps windowed in HD, with dual native ISO of 400 and 3200 reaching 25,600 and updated Gen 5 colour science that intercuts cleanly with 6K, 6K Pro and BMPCC 4K footage.

Media and connectivity

Capture runs to CFast 2.0 and SD/UHS-II card slots, or out over USB Type-C with 3D LUT support, with dual mini-XLR inputs taking professional audio directly into the camera.
