Stepping up to eight 3G-SDI inputs, the ATEM SDI Extreme ISO Switcher is built for larger multicamera live streams, still with an integrated control panel for hands-on production. It streams via RTMP over Ethernet or USB-C, and that same USB-C connection can present the switcher's output to a computer as a webcam. Its ISO capability lets you individually record each of the eight 3G-SDI inputs as MP4, alongside the program output, direct to a USB-C drive. An 11-input, 2-channel audio mixer and an input frame rate and format converter — with re-sync on all 3G-SDI inputs — keep mismatched camera feeds aligned, while local and software switching cover both handheld and remote operation. Four upstream and two downstream keyers support layered production, and an HD multiview shows up to 16 sources at once, with all inputs and outputs running up to 1080p60.
