The ATEM SDI packs a four-input live production switcher into a compact chassis for multicamera streaming from gaming consoles, corporate computer feeds or HD cameras, direct to the internet or into a broadcast chain. Its four SDI inputs, on the rear of the unit, take video up to 1080p60 at 10-bit 4:2:2, alongside two 3G-SDI outputs for a projector or external monitor, a USB Type-C output for streaming up to 1080p60 to a computer, and an RJ45 10/100/1000 BaseT Ethernet port for system management, remote control and upgrades. Backlit control buttons handle camera selection, transitions, keyer control and the DVE. A 2-channel digital audio mixer covers sound, while upstream and downstream keyers, an advanced chroma keyer, two linear/luma keyers, a DVE transition keyer, a pattern generator and two colour generators support layered, multi-source production.
