The SMPTE ST 2110 IP to HDMI Mini-Converter decodes an HD SMPTE ST 2110 IP signal — video over RTP and audio over AES67 — received across a 10 GigE network, for monitoring and HDMI output. Two 10 GigE SFP+ cages accept optional SFP+ modules of your choice and support hitless switching between them, so frame synchronisation holds through critical transmissions. Video is processed through a full 10-bit pixel pipeline up to 1080p60 (10-bit, 4:2:2, uncompressed), with additional support for 2K up to 60p (4:2:2 8-bit), UltraHD up to 30p (4:2:2 8-bit) and UltraHD up to 50p (4:2:0 8-bit); ST 2022-7 hitless switching, frame sync and error concealment remain limited to formats up to 1080p60. Audio is available embedded on the HDMI output and separately over L/R analogue RCA jacks. A GigE RJ-45 port carries control-LAN traffic to a web-accessible control interface, in a rugged, fanless build designed for studio and field use.
