The IPT-10G2-HDMI Mini-Converter takes a single HD HDMI (Type A, 1.4b) input and encodes it for SMPTE ST 2110 IP transmission at up to 1080p60, 4:2:2, 10-bit. Two 10 GbE SFP+ cages (modules sold separately) give it a redundant interface design, with hitless SMPTE ST 2022-7 switching protecting critical transmissions from a dropped link. Up to 8 channels of embedded audio can be carried, alongside analogue stereo audio input via RCA jacks. Control runs over a 1 GbE RJ45 LAN socket for browser-based, cross-platform and REST-client control, with a USB Mini-B port for initial configuration and firmware updates. A 5-20V worldwide power supply is included. The compact, fanless, durable build suits studio and field use where an HDMI source needs a reliable path onto a 2110 IP network.
