The OG-HA5-4K openGear 4K/2K/HD/SD HDMI 2.0 to 3G-SDI Converter takes HDMI 2.0 video from DSLRs, mirrorless cameras, action cameras or prosumer 4K video cameras and converts it to Quad 3G-SDI at 4K/UltraHD, up to 60fps, in 4:4:4, 4:2:2 or 4:2:0, over four 3G-SDI outputs from a single HDMI Type-A input. It supports two sample interleave (2SI) and square division output pixel mapping, with EDID emulation, and — when used with DashBoard — displays HDR infoframe data coming in over HDMI (per HDMI 2.0b/CTA-861-G), with HDR metadata VPID pass-through and an optional override. Audio runs at 8 channels, 24-bit, with pass-through of PCM, Dolby Digital (AC-3) and Dolby Digital Plus (E-AC-3), including Atmos Immersive Sound/JOC. Hot-swappable at 10W and requiring two slots, it fits AJA's OG-X-FR, OG-3-FR and DFR-8321 openGear frames, with remote Ethernet configuration and monitoring through Ross DashBoard software on Windows, macOS or Linux.
