The OG-12GM 12G-SDI to/from SDI Muxer/Demuxer converts a single 12G-SDI signal to quad-link 3G-SDI and quad-link 3G-SDI back to 12G-SDI, for DCI 4K60 workflows that need to move between single-cable and quad-cable SDI. It supports both Square Division (Quadrant) and Two Sample Interleave (2SI) input and output mapping, with input signal diagnostics and a timing analyser to validate quad-link SDI alignment, plus simple 60fps-to-59.94fps and 59.94fps-to-60fps frame-rate conversion. Single-link 3G-SDI, 1.5G-SDI and 270Mb/s SDI signals pass straight through, and the card carries HDR/WCG signalling on VPID, 1x4 distribution-amplifier support and up to 16 channels of 24-bit embedded audio. Hot-swappable and requiring two slots, it fits AJA's OG-X-FR and OG-3-FR openGear frames, with automatic or manual control and remote Ethernet configuration through Ross DashBoard.
