The OG-FiDO-TR-12G is an openGear-compatible 12G-SDI/single-mode LC fibre transceiver, supporting both 12G-SDI-to-fibre and fibre-to-12G-SDI conversion in one card. It extends signal runs up to 10 km (32,808 feet) over standard single-mode fibre, giving openGear infrastructure a flexible, cost-efficient way to run 12G-SDI over long fibre distances. Designed for AJA's high-density openGear 2RU frames, including the OG-X-FR, it's monitored and controlled through DashBoard software on Windows, macOS or Linux, offering remote configuration and monitoring over a PC or local network. As a single card carrying both directions, it suits point-to-point 12G-SDI links where transmit and receive share one fibre pair rather than running separate Tx and Rx cards.
