The FiDO-2R-12G is a 2-channel receiver converting single-mode LC fibre input to 12G-SDI output, with each channel also supporting 6G, 3G, HD and SD-SDI rates. It uses a 2 simplex or 1 duplex LC fibre connection, and the two fibre-to-SDI paths run completely independently of each other. Over standard single-mode fibre optic cable, it supports cable runs up to 10 km. Like other AJA Mini-Converters, it's built into a compact, low-profile enclosure that fits tight spaces -- behind a monitor, in the back of an equipment rack, on a truck, or directly on a camera rig. Its 12G-SDI bandwidth supports high-resolution, high-frame-rate and deep-colour content over a single cable, for production and post workflows.
