The Wooden Camera Quick Release Bridgeplate (19mm Studio) mounts a camera on a tripod, an ARRI-standard dovetail plate, or a shoulder rig, giving a fast way to lock down and release the camera between setups. Its ARRI-standard design mounts directly onto an ARRI-standard dovetail plate, while its 19mm Studio rod ports let it mount straight onto 19mm Studio rods. The bridgeplate can drop vertically onto and lock anywhere along the dovetail; half-unlock the lever to slide it into position, or press the safety release to lift the camera off vertically. The quick release plate carries a safety button and lever that secures it firmly into the base, so the camera stays locked down until released. Two 3/8"-16 mounting screws secure the plate, and an anti-twist, non-slip rubber surface keeps it seated without shifting once mounted. RED DSMC2 and earlier RED camera systems sit approximately 3mm too high on this bridgeplate; use the Unified Bridgeplate (19mm) where correct RED lens height is required.
