This PL Lens Mount Adapter is an MFT lens mount adapter that opens up PL-mount cine lenses to the Blackmagic Design Pocket Cinema Camera. A support foot attaches to a tripod, taking the strain of the lens off the camera body itself, and the same foot can mount directly to an optional Pocket Cage using the two included screws — useful for crews already running the cage on their BMPCC. The foot carries a 1/4"-20 thread for attaching a tripod plate or other support. A PL cap is included to keep dust out of the sensor area whenever a lens isn't fitted. A compact way to bring PL glass onto a small-form-factor BMPCC rig, whether run handheld or built out on a full support cage.
