The Serv 4K is a standalone streaming and recording unit that takes HDMI or 12G-SDI in, streams out, and lets you monitor and record at the same time. It streams locally to up to 20 devices, or straight to the cloud for unlimited viewers, with a local SDI or HDMI monitor output for checking the feed on set.

Stream locally or to the cloud

Up to 20 devices can connect directly to the Serv 4K's local network stream, or viewers can watch from anywhere over an unlimited-device cloud stream — useful for anything from a monitor on set to a fully remote production.

Records while it streams

The unit records internally to an SD card (not included) at the same time as it streams, and carries a mic input and headphone output for monitoring audio alongside the feed.

Full 4K signal in, HDR both ways

Input video runs up to DCI 4K at 60p, and both the SDI and HDMI ports support HDR on input and output, so the signal chain doesn't need to be downgraded to reach the Serv 4K.

Encrypted stream, efficient codec

Streams and recordings are protected with 256-bit encryption, and the unit records using the HEVC (H.265) video compression codec.
