The SBAC-US30 USB 3.0 SxS memory card reader lets you transfer files between SxS memory cards and a computer that has no ExpressCard slot of its own. The reader carries its own ExpressCard slot and connects to the host computer over USB 3.0. It offers read/write speeds of up to 800 Mb/s for SxS PRO and SxS-1 cards, and up to 1.3 Gb/s for SxS PRO+ cards. No special driver installation is needed beyond the SxS UDF driver, required only to recognise UDF-formatted memory cards. Being USB bus-powered, the reader draws power directly from the host computer, so no separate AC adapter is needed.
