The HDVF-EL30 pairs a 0.7-inch Full HD colour OLED viewfinder panel with an additional 3.5-inch qHD sub-LCD display, for use with Sony cameras that carry the 20-pin round HDVF viewfinder interface.

OLED clarity for tracking and focus

Quick pixel response keeps the image responsive when tracking and focusing on moving subjects, and OLED display technology delivers high contrast and a wide dynamic range. A specially developed optical loupe gives a high eye-point, letting the operator see a wider area of the picture when standing back from the eyepiece.

A second display for longer-distance monitoring

The additional 3.5-inch qHD (960 x 540) sub-LCD display allows direct monitoring from further away than the eyepiece permits. Running both panels together gives full operational flexibility -- a camera assistant can watch the sub-LCD while the operator works from the OLED display.

Framing control

The displayed image can be downscaled via the menu or an assignable button to avoid vignetting.
