Indie 7 is a lightweight on-camera touchscreen monitor for professional monitoring at an entry price point. Its 7" IPS LCD runs at 1920x1200 with 10-bit colour processing, 1000 cd/m2 brightness and a 1000:1 contrast ratio, on SmallHD's PageOS 4 firmware with pixel zoom, focus assist and peaking tools. HDMI and 3G-SDI inputs and outputs support video input up to UHD 4K30 via HDMI. It ships with an included L-series battery plate, and can also be powered via a 2mm barrel input with a DC adapter, or separately available Gold Mount or V-Mount battery plates. An SD card slot imports custom 3D LUTs, a micro-USB port handles firmware upgrades, and it adds a 3.5mm headphone output and 1/4"-20 mounting threads.
