The flowtech 100 MS is a carbon fibre tripod for fluid heads and other supports with a 100mm ball, built around Sachtler's flowtech leg design. Its two-stage, three-section legs carry payloads of up to 66 lb, yet the system weighs only nine pounds with its spreader and feet. Quick-release locks sit at the top of each leg, so height is set without stooping to a lower clamp, and all three legs can be deployed at once to find their own levels on uneven ground. The leg hinges adjust freely or lock at 20, 46 and 72°, giving a reach from 10" to 5' and reducing the need for a separate set of baby legs; with the included mid-level spreader the working height runs from approximately 20 to 61". Flat legs rest comfortably on the shoulder, magnetic locks snap them together for travel, and the kit ships with a carbon fibre mid-level spreader, rubber feet and a flowtech carry handle.
