The Misfit Atom Pola+ is a lightweight, grab-and-go matte box with a 143mm outer-diameter lens clamp that adapts to the front of most cinema lenses, keeping a thin profile thanks to its front-mounting filter trays. It carries two fixed filter stages for 4 x 4 or 4 x 5.65-inch filters, and its included 138mm Rota Ring holds round filters or +1 and +2 diopters with 120 degrees of rotation for polarisers and graduated effects. A 15mm LWS rod bracket is supplied for securing the matte box to a cinema rig, and the rubber shade is removable. It is a compact way to keep filter control on the front of the lens without building up a larger rod-mounted matte box.
