This Studio Camera is built to work directly with SDI video switchers, and now adds live streaming alongside 12G-SDI and 10G Ethernet connections. The Ethernet connection supports a more affordable, single-cable SMPTE-style workflow using Power over Ethernet, while the 12G-SDI output and programme return carry camera control, talkback and tally functions. It carries over a 7-inch touchscreen monitor, HDMI output, Blackmagic RAW recording at up to 25,600 ISO to external USB-C disks, HDR support, XLR and 3.5mm audio input with built-in microphones, and a Micro Four Thirds lens mount. The camera captures up to UHD 4K, 3840 x 2160p60, and packs these studio-camera features into a compact, lightweight carbon-fibre-reinforced polycarbonate body.
