The OG-FS-MINI 3G-SDI Frame Synchronizer brings untimed 3G/HD/SD-SDI signals into time with the rest of a broadcast signal chain, mounting into AJA's openGear 2RU frames — including the OG-X-FR — across two slots. It supports up, down and cross conversion with 10-bit video processing and a nominal delay of just one frame, taking in one SDI input and output plus an HDMI monitoring output, with embedded audio support and analogue audio output via two 3-pin terminal block connectors. The card detects Active Format Description (AFD) metadata on the input and can automatically select an appropriate down-conversion mode, and it supports both bi-level and tri-level reference, controlled through Ross DashBoard software.
