Convert and synchronize up to UHD 4K video with audio with the FS4 4-Channel 12G-SDI & 1-Channel UHD 4K Frame Synchronizer/Converter from AJA. This 1 RU matrix synchronizer can operate in single-channel mode for UHD 4K processing, scaling, and cross conversion to various 2K/HD/SD formats, and it can also operate in four-channel mode where it can process, scale, and cross convert up to four video signals simultaneously between 2K/HD/SD formats. In single-channel mode, you can upscale HD or SD video to and from UHD 4K as well as converting multiple channels of audio over 3G-SDI, AES, and MADI in a wide-ranging matrix.

In four-channel mode, you can simultaneously convert and scale up to four 2K/HD and SD video signals. Features include scaling, color correction, proc amp controls, motion adaptive deinterlacing, and more. The unit has four 12G/6G/3G-SDI inputs and four 12G/6G/3G-SDI outputs, reference loop input/output, GPI input, DB-25 AES/MADI audio input and output, 3G-SDI and HDMI monitor output, MADI input and output, analog audio input and output, and Gigabit Ethernet for LAN management.

This 1 RU matrix synchronizer can operate in single-channel mode for UHD 4K processing, scaling, and cross conversion to various 2K/HD/SD formats, and it can also operate in four-channel mode where it can process, scale, and cross convert up to four video signals simultaneously between 2K/HD/SD formats.

In single-channel mode, you can upscale HD or SD video to and from UHD 4K as well as converting multiple channels of audio over 3G-SDI, AES, and MADI in a wide-ranging matrix. In four-channel mode, you can simultaneously convert and scale up to four 2K/HD and SD video signals. Features include scaling, color correction, proc amp controls, motion adaptive deinterlacing, and more.

The unit has four 12G/6G/3G-SDI inputs and four 12G/6G/3G-SDI outputs, reference loop input/output, GPI input, DB-25 AES/MADI audio input and output, 3G-SDI and HDMI monitor output, MADI input and output, analog audio input and output, and Gigabit Ethernet for LAN management. The unit also allows you to add a separately available fiber SFP unit for additional inputs and outputs. Its redundant power supply allows you to keep the unit running if one power source fails.
