The AJA 12G-AM-R is a 12G-SDI 8-channel AES audio embedder/disembedder mini-converter, fitted with a single-link LC fibre receiver. It is one of six connector and direction options in AJA's 12G-AM range — the base unit, LC and ST transmitters, LC and ST receivers, and an LC transceiver — all built around the same 8-channel AES embed/disembed function on a 12G-SDI signal.
