This metal Gold Mount battery plate has a sealed back protecting its internal wiring, with three D-Tap ports passing unregulated voltage straight from the connected battery for accessories such as Wooden Camera's Director's Monitor Cage. Captive mounting screws follow the Gold Mount configuration, not V-Mount. A digital fuse guards against excessive draw (12 to 16 VDC, 9A recommended limit); the plate isn't wired to power the camera, though an optional D-Tap power cable can.
