The Wooden Camera PL Mount Modification Kit converts a Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 6K, 6K G2 or 6K Pro to PL mount in a short modification process, using the camera's own EF mount screws to attach the new mount. The PL mount is made of stainless steel and aircraft grade aluminium and comes with a PL port cap.

The kit holds all the tools needed, including a jeweller's screwdriver, plus two strips of flocking tape and a stackable shim set in seven thicknesses for back focus. It's supplied with the appropriate shims installed, so further adjustment shouldn't be needed, though it can be checked with a wide angle lens and a focus chart.

Most modern Super 35 lenses fit. Lenses that protrude more than 40mm behind the PL flange don't, and some others may not because of the shape of the 6K body; Wooden Camera publishes a compatible PL lens chart. The modification can be reversed to EF, but switching back and forth will eventually strip the camera's composite plastic sensor block. The camera isn't included.
