The MDR.X receiver handles three-axis wireless lens control — focus, iris, and zoom — in a 140 g housing built to disappear onto a gimbal, drone, or small-to-mid-size camera rig. FHSS wireless technology keeps the link resistant to interference out to roughly 1500 m (5000 ft) line-of-sight, and a replaceable external antenna lets it be positioned for the cleanest signal path. Three dedicated lens-motor ports daisy-chain up to three motors off one receiver, with two further serial ports for wired control. An OLED screen with an on-unit menu covers setup without a phone, while built-in Bluetooth pairs with the Teradek RT App for lens mapping and configuration. It works across Teradek's RT motor and controller line, including the CTRL.1 and CTRL.3 hand units.
