The S-8975 is a 7.2V, 75Wh (10.4Ah) Li-ion battery for Sony L-series-mount cameras, replacing the Sony NP-F970. A 5.5/2.1mm pole-tap DC output socket delivers up to 30W/4A at 7.2V nominal, and a 4-level LED indicator shows remaining capacity. It's compatible with Sony HVR-Z1/Z5/Z7/V1, DSR-PD150/170/190 and NEX-FS100/700/EA50 camcorders, and charges fully in around 5 hours 50 minutes on a SWIT S-3602F or Sony LC-D421 charger.
