The RackMac mini Rackmount Enclosure mounts two Mac minis side by side in 1U of rack space. This version fits Mac mini models made from mid-2011 to 2018, and its cooling is designed to meet the needs of the 2018 6-core Mac mini specifically. A front panel carries two integrated power buttons and two USB 3.0/3.1 Gen 1 ports, one of each per installed Mac mini, so both machines can be powered and accessed without reaching behind the rack. The back of the enclosure is left open for cable and port access, with cable tie holes to keep power cords and other cables secured, and the design directs airflow one-way from front panel through to the back. Top cover padding and rubber bumpers protect the installed Mac minis.
